Our PVC pipe production line adopts advanced technology from Australia and Taiwan. We can customize various PVC pipe production lines according to the pipe standards of various countries in the world. Our pipe diameter range is: 12mm-1200mm, from large water supply pipes to small cables We can customize the tube. We will provide all customers with on-site installation, commissioning, training, etc.
Production Process

Features
PVC/UPVC pipe making machine has the following features:
1.Extrusion Equipment of PVC/UPVC pipe making machine :Double screw extruder takes the new and efficient Screw, and has the higher screw speed, yield and plasticizing capacity...nose or spiral-flow nose, with a uniform material, convenient adjustment to eliminate extrusion fusion line and so on.
2.Vacuum shaping devices of PVC/UPVC pipe making machine :vacuum spray tank, spray cooling tank or efficient cooling tank, and all water contact parts made of stainless steel material.
3.Traction machine of PVC/UPVC pipe making machine :two claw-type or rubber belt crawler tractor in order to adapt to different pipe production requirements..
4.Cutting machine of plastic pipe making machine :No dust rotating knife.
5.Stacking devices of PVC/UPVC pipe making machine :automatic turn plate or roller-type stacking devices, small-diameter pipe can be configured duplex winder according to customer requirements duplex winder.

1. We could send engineers to the buyer's factory for installation instruction, commissioning and training service at buyer's cost.
2. Our machine has one year guarantee since the installation in buyer's factory. During the guarantee time, if any parts (except the easy damaging parts) are damaged under normal operation, we will offer free spare parts. After the guarantee time, we will offer the spare parts with cost price.
3. If the buyer has any problem during the operation, we will offer technical solutions.
